Dr. Nassif and his staff took absolutely great care of me! I suffered with a crooked nose that progressively got worse after a less than successful rhino in 2004 . I sought out Dr. Nassif for his vast experience doing revision rhinos along with his work on male patients. I didn't want to take any chances with finding the right doctor. Dr. Nassif was able to perform the revision rhino that included a rib harvest and it really straightened out my nose. I'm very happy with the result and wish I would have done it sooner. The emotional lift is truly amazing. The entire office staff is impeccable and really helped me in my journey. I would highly recommend Dr. Nassif to anyone considering surgery. The experience I had with Dr Paul Nassif and his medical team was unique and really amazing! From the first moment I’ve met him on the pre surgery Skype consultation... It was my first experience ever related to plastic surgery procedures, so my face and my neck were looking 100% natural at my 55 yo age. Dr Paul Nassif just looked at me and instantly knew what should be done to my face! He suggested all the procedures and I agreed.
And then the time didn’t pass fast enough until the day to fly to LA for surgery came!
I must say that it was not an easy decision to take- whether I should do it or not! It was quite a challenge and I was very much under stress about the risks involved, about the results...
After I met Dr Nassif in person, together with his medical team, I realized what highly standard they work at, how much professional they are and yet how friendly and kind attitude they have towards patients... and I felt safe and confident!
Then the many hours surgery was performed by Dr Nassif and surgery team- I assume it was a long day for all of them! As for myself, there were the only 9 hours that I missed from my life!
The two weeks recovery period after surgery was quite challenging and also very busy with all post op procedures and treatments- performed, once again, in a very professional and friendly manner by Dr Paul Nassif’s staff and collaborators.
Now, after 2 months from surgery, I’m still under recovery process, but my face and neck are looking so much better... so much younger and yet natural! When I look into the mirror I see myself, many years ago!
All my friends are thrilled about how I look, they say I’m 20 years younger and I feel more self confident and happy!
I am so grateful to Dr Paul Nassif for everything he did for me, for his immense talent, for his professional and yet friendly attitude and the care he took for me and still is, from the very moment we’ve met!

I have been in business for 37 years and rarely have ever experienced such a profound level of professionalism and follow through as I have experienced with every employee of Paul’s staff. The difficult process of obtaining medical records was made simplistic and efficient by Patty. Whenever I called to ask for her your office would immediately put her on the phone without major delays. There wasn’t a single situation which she seemed annoyed or disturbed with requests. Patty represents an image that your entire company portrays.
Commendations should also be given to Chris on the receptionist level. The initial contact to your company is critical. Chris made myself and Micheline feel very welcome and was very organized when I need to reach certain individuals in your company. He also had a very genuine way about him which seems to be a common theme within your company. Dr. Frederick continued the same approach with his post-surgery follow through and remarkable availability regardless of when we texted or emailed him.
